Very easy to find - just off the highway but set back so it didn't feel close to traffic. The room was pleasant enough but the big plus for this place was the exceptionally friendly staff who went out of their way to serve us. There is a limited menu but the food and wine were excellent. We stayed for two nights and would have struggled to choose dinner for a third night. The hotel is well placed for exploring nearby chateaux and there is a good winery a couple of miles from the hotel.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, the rooms and grounds were clean and tidy and a very convenient location to Amboise centre and other local chateaux. The restaurant is superb fantastic food and service we even asked about a meal we had eaten there previously and on the second night they put it on the menu for us , excellent, we could not have asked for more, we would recommend this hotel to anyone, thank you.

This hotel is really lovely. It’s not really walkable to town, but we knew this from previous reviews, and there was plenty of free parking, always a bonus. the gentleman that greeted us at reception couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, all of the staff were excellent. We had a lovely room with a terrace, which would have been excellent if it wasn’t raining!! The food in the restaurant is absolutely superb. We have lived in France for 5 years and this was the best steak we have ever had since moving here. I would thoroughly recommend eating here, and the service was excellent too. The room was a good size and everything was clean and tidy. we will definitely stay here again. We don’t have anything negative to say!

This was our second stay at this hotel, we returned with family as loved the first visit so much! The staff are absolutely wonderful and so very friendly and helpful. The rooms we had with the balconies were superb for sitting out on in the lovely sun with a glass of wine! I just can’t praise the food enough here at the restaurant…..it’s the best restaurant in a hotel I have ever come across. Definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return to the Loire Valley soon.

Easy to find. Nice people. Good food/wine at fair prices. Clean room with A/C that worked. Large car park. English spoken. Perfect for one night stay. Would happily book again.

Easy to find. Good on-site parking.. Good room with very comfortable bed. Good shower. Free WiFi This all adds up to why we have stayed on several occasions and will come back again.

A very nice room with a private terrace for only 5 euros extra.. Nice breakfast. Easy parking. Very good value.
